Re-accreditation: HLTPAT010 Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing course
This re-accreditation course is designed for individuals who already hold HLTPAT005 – Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing and need to maintain currency.

This is a Nationally Accredited course and you will be issued with a new Statement of Attainment upon successful completion.
To be eligible for the reduced price of $395 you MUST email through a copy of your previous Statement of Attainment with your Enrolment Form. It can be from another RTO. If you are unsure of your eligibility please contact us before making payment online.
1) Upon payment you will be able to download an electronic version of your Student Handbook. This enables you to get started straight away.
2) Complete the Enrolment Form and email it to us for processing along with your most recent Statement of Attainment. Please send to enrolments@onsitediagnostics.com.au
3) Once your Enrolment Form is received and processed by our staff you will receive an email link to all online materials and be sent a study pack (the study pack includes drug testing equipment for your practical assessments, your Assessment Booklet and a printed copy of the Student Handbook).
Enrolment Form and previous Statement of Attainment must be completed and sent to Onsite Diagnostics to facilitate enrolment in the course.
